How do I report an unauthorized transaction on my child’s Smart Cash Card?
The safety of our users is the highest priority for us at Mydoh. If you or your child suspect an unauthorized transaction, please follow these steps immediately:
1. Sign into your Mydoh Parent Account
2. Scroll to the appropriate child’s name on your Home tab.
3. Tap ‘Manage Card’ and then select the ‘Lock’ icon.
4. Please lock both the Physical and Digital card.
Once both the Physical and Digital card have been locked, please contact our support team via the in-app chat and our Fraud Department will investigate from there, ensuring the utmost diligence and care has been taken to resolve any issues you may be experiencing.
