How do I report an unauthorized transaction on my child’s Smart Cash Card?

If you or your child suspect an unauthorized transaction, please follow these steps immediately:

  1. Sign into your Mydoh Parent Account (not your child’s account).
  2. Scroll to the appropriate child’s name on your Home tab.
  3. Tap ‘Manage Card’ and then select the ‘Lock’ icon.
  4. Please lock both the Physical and Digital card.‍

Once both the Physical and Digital card have been locked, please contact our support team via the in-app chat and we can assist from there.
