How do I report an unauthorized transaction on my child’s Smart Cash Card?
If you or your child suspect an unauthorized transaction, please follow these steps immediately:
- Sign into your Mydoh Parent Account (not your child’s account).
- Scroll to the appropriate child’s name on your Home tab.
- Tap ‘Manage Card’ and then select the ‘Lock’ icon.
- Please lock both the Physical and Digital card.
Once both the Physical and Digital card have been locked, please contact our support team via the in-app chat and we can assist from there.
