Why isn’t Apple Pay working?

If you are experiencing any issues with using your Mydoh Digital Smart Cash Card on Apple Pay, our sincere apologies. Please have a look at the information below for some troubleshooting tips:

1. Children under the age of 13 will not be able to add their Mydoh Smart Cash Card to Apple Pay due to Apple’s age restrictions. Please ensure your child meets this Apple restriction in order to be able to use their digital card on their device.

2. If your child is over the age of 13 and you are experiencing a problem or receiving an error message when trying to add their digital card to Apple wallet, please contact our team through the in-app chat and we will be able to assist you as soon as possible!
