I did not receive the activation code for my second parent account

If you did not receive the activation code in your email for your secondary parent account, our sincere apologies! Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help right away:

3. Please ensure you have no filters or ad blockers on your email account

4. Please ensure you are not using a corporate email

5. Please try to resend the activation email (Note: The activation code expires after 5 minutes)
