Terms of Use for Adding Funds

These Terms take effect on the date that you click the approval button on the Confirm details screen.

Mydoh is a product of the Royal Bank of Canada, a chartered bank residing in Canada.

By using Mydoh to Add Funds to your Mydoh wallet via Visa Debit/Debit Mastercard, you agree to the following conditions:

No changes to other agreements. Unless expressly provided otherwise herein, these Terms do not replace any other agreement you may have with us or any RBC companies (now or in the future), including any consent or preference regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information. All of the terms of your other agreements with us or any other RBC companies continue to apply.

Service. Mydoh is a money management app to help Parents and Children learn money values and skills. As a parent or guardian, when you make a request to load funds to your Mydoh Wallet via Visa Debit/Debit Mastercard, the transaction must be authorized by your cardholder bank. If a transaction request cannot be authorized, you will receive a notification within the Mydoh app and funds will not be credited to your Mydoh Wallet.

Costs, Fees, and Related Charges. There are no fees charged by Mydoh to load funds to your Mydoh Wallet. Feesfor Visa Debit/Debit Mastercard transactions may be applied by the cardholder bank. Please contact your bank for additional details.

Refund Policy. All payments requested to load funds to your Mydoh Wallet using Visa Debit/Debit Mastercard are final. The payments cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.

Privacy. You authorize us to collect, use and disclose your information in order to provide you with the Services. Your personal information will be processed, disclosed and retained pursuant to the RBC Global Privacy Notice and RBC Digital Channel Privacy Notice.

Limits.
Mydoh reserves to right to apply maximum transaction value/volume limits. Details on the limits for loading funds to your Mydoh Wallet can be found here.

Cardholder Information. You are wholly responsible for providing the correct cardholder information, billing address and amount.

Merchant Liability. Mydoh will not be liable for transactions that are initiated using the wrong cardholder information or for the wrong amount.

Funds Availability.

  1. Standard Availability: We strive to make funds available in your Mydoh Wallet immediately upon authorization of a transaction.
  2. Possible Delays: While funds are typically accessible right away, there may be circumstances that cause delays including, but not limited to, system maintenance, outages or other technical or operational issues.
  3. Limitation of Liability: We do not guarantee that funds will be available within a specific timeframe. Our liability for any delay is limited to the amount of the delayed transaction.
