Where can I find the in-app chat to talk with support?
To speak with support through the in-app chat, simply login to your parent account, navigate to the ‘Settings’ wheel on the top right hand corner of your screen, select ‘Help’ then ‘Chat with us’. You can start a new conversation with Mydoh’s support team or respond to a previous conversation by scrolling down on the home page of the chat function.
When making inquiries, please note that our support hours are Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM EST. Inquiries made after hours will be responded to by an agent the following business day. In the meantime, you can always take advantage of our self-serve options below, including:
