Do I have to re-add my contact details every time I add funds with an Interac e-Transfer?
Great question! There is no need to add a new contact every time you want to add funds, if you are requesting money from an email that you have already added. Existing contact details are automatically saved for future use.
When adding funds via the Interac e-Transfer Money Requestfeature, you will be prompted to select a recipient from a list of those you have previously added, or add a new recipient.
If you’d like, you can also select ‘Remember this transaction’ which will save the who you are requesting money from and the amount, so that you can create future requests with just a single click!
