How can I contact Mydoh support?


Our support team will always be there for our users, and we look forward to speaking with you. To speak to support, please login to your parent account, tap the settings gear at the top right hand corner of the screen, select the ‘Help’ tile, then ‘Chat with us’.

For account related inquiries, please ensure you are reaching out via the in-app chat, as this will verify your identity beforehand, which will allow us to answer account specific questions.

If you don’t have an account yet, you can contact support through our email at support@mydoh.ca, or give us a call at 1 (888) 696-9364.

When making inquiries, please note that our support hours are Monday-Friday from 9AM-5PM EST. Inquiries made after hours will be responded to by an agent the following business day! In the meantime, you can always take advantage of our self-serve options below, including:
