How does Mydoh protect my privacy?

Mydoh uses modern technology and the up-to-date privacy, authorization, and authentication standards which are backed by the Royal Bank of Canada. This is done to protect and ensure your information when using Mydoh. Your data is stored safely, and all sensitive data is encrypted.

Mydoh does not store your child’s card information and only securely displays it when your child asks for it. That means even Mydoh employees can’t see your child’s Smart Cash Card details!

Your physical Mydoh Smart Cash Card does not have the card number displayed, and is not required to be there in order to make in-store purchases. The card number can only be accessed through a 2 step verification process in the app, in order to make online purchases.

For RBC’s privacy policy please refer to: Privacy & Security.

If you have any questions or concerns, our support team would be more than happy to continue the conversation. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us through the in-app chat, or via email at hello@mydoh.ca.
