I’m unable to take a selfie during ID Verification. What should I do?
If you’re having trouble taking the selfie required during the ID verification stage of setting up your Mydoh account, our sincere apologies. Please check out our troubleshooting steps below:
1. Please ensure you are in a bright room, either in direct sunlight or in a well-lit area
2. Please ensure there are no shadows on your face, or anything blocking the image from being captured
3. Please remove any hats or non-religious headwear that you are wearing
4. Please look directly into your camera
