Logging into Mydoh

Some of my profile information has changed. What can I do?

Sometimes our profile information changes (i.e. a legal name change, a change in address, etc.) We are here to help you keep your information with us up-to-date. Contact Mydoh directly to update your profile. You agree to update your profile information within 30 calendars days of a profile information change occurring.

In the event of a name change of a User of the Mydoh account, the User’s Mydoh account may need to be closed and a new one established if the User wishes to be referred to by their new legal name within the App and in Mydoh correspondence. There may also be the need for the cancelation of your family’s existing Mydoh Smart Cash Cards and the reissuance of new ones.

We will work with you to make the process as seamless as possible for you.
