About the Role
As a Senior Manager, Partnerships you will be responsible for securing and enabling partnerships that drive client acquisition and support our consumers with additional value. You will work closely with the enterprise partnership team and be the initial point of contact for prospective partners, introducing them to Mydoh’s unique value proposition while also understanding their needs.

What will you do?

  • Build, iterate and execute our partner strategy; determine how we can increase our reach through partnerships and expand into new, relevant opportunities
  • Implement and manage processes for our external partnerships, including contracts, dashboards, fulfillment, and analytics
  • Create Partnership programs that align with our business priorities
  • Track and report on partner performance metrics
  • Implement standardized partner onboarding materials and determine appropriate cadence and strategy for partner check-ins to drive engagement
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, content, technology, legal, and other cross-functional teams to drive partner acquisition and enablement
  • Quarterly planning, budget, and projections for partnership related initiatives

What do you need to succeed?

Must Haves

  • Experience in partner marketing, business development, sales, account management
  • Experience fostering and building effective partnerships that create value for all stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – comfort in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to negotiate and deliver strong value for partnership investment
  • Experience in making data/evidence based decisions to drive financial outcomes
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at a time while working independently
  • Familiarity with reporting and operations
     

Nice-to-haves

  • Background in fintech / tech
  • Experience scaling product integrated partnerships and leading product integration strategy with stakeholders 
  • Experience with Partner management software, Marketing Analytics tools (AppsFlyer, Google Analytics,), CRMs (Salesforce)
  • Background as a business operator and/or firsthand exposure to entrepreneurship
  • Experience working in complex matrix organizations working with multiple stakeholders
