How do I activate my second parent account?

After you have been invited by the Primary Parent, you can sign up with your invite code through email, or manually using the 4 digit activation code. Please see the steps below for more details!

To sign up manually using the four digit invite code, please follow these simple steps:

1. Download the Mydoh app from the Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store

2. Open the Mydoh app, and select “Join Mydoh Family”

3. Enter your 4 – digit invite code, confirm your date of birth, and create your password

4. Once you have agreed to the terms and conditions, please enter the 4 digit activation code (not your invite code) that you will receive in the email you were signed up with

5. Next, please verify your identity by signing up with a valid ID.

6. Verify your mailing address, and complete the prompts that follow

7. You’re all set! You can start sending money or adding tasks to your Mydoh Family Account

2.    Open the invitation email from Mydoh, sent by the Primary Parent

4.    Follow the prompts to confirm your date of birth, and create your password

6. Next, please verify your identity by signing up with a valid ID.

7. Verify your mailing address, and complete the prompts that follow
