How do I order a physical card for my child?

You can order a physical card at any time directly from your parent account

Steps:
1. Log in to your parent account
2. On the Home tab, select your child → Manage
3. Tap Order Now
4. Confirm your mailing address for a Classic Card or customize your design (Mydoh by Me card, for $6.99)
5. Select Confirm & Order

✅ The card will arrive in 7–10 business days.

Notes:
– Classic Card: free
– Mydoh by Me customizable card: $6.99. May be subject to approval
– Both primary and secondary parents can activate the card once received
– The digital card is available for use immediately
