How can I edit/cancel an active Autoload setup?


Once you have set up Autoload, you can edit or cancel it in a few quick steps!

Edit your Autoload Request:
1. Login to your Mydoh parent account
2. Select the ‘Wallet’ button on the bottom bar of your homepage
3. Tap the green banner indicating that your Autoload is active
4. Select “Edit Autoload”, and change the details you would like1
5. Once you have made your preferred changes, select ‘Save’
6. Success! Your Autoload has been edited

Cancel your Autoload Request:
1. Login to your Mydoh parent account
2. Select the ‘Wallet’ button on the bottom bar of your homepage
3. Tap the green banner indicating that your Autoload is active
4. Select ‘Cancel Autoload’2 

Notes: 
1. If you had set Autoload to occur on a ‘Regular Basis’ please note that the cadence at which you set up Autoload cannot be changed. To change the cadence of an Autoload, you can always cancel it, and create a new Autoload request with your preferred cadence. 
2. You can edit the ‘Start date’ for your Autoload before it has passed, but it cannot be changed to your present day.
3. When you cancel your Autoload via Interac e-Transfer, you will no longer receive Autoload requests, but any pending request will still be available to act upon. If you would like to set up Autoload again, you may do so by selecting the ‘Set up Autoload’ banner in your Wallet.
